Fortune Theatre Location Map

The Fortune Theatre is located on the northern side of Russell Street between Drury Lane and Catherine Street, opposite the side of Drury Lane Theatre Royal. The nearest tube station is Covent Garden.

Directions to the Fortune Theatre from Covent Garden Tube Station: Take the Piccadilly line to Covent Garden Tube Station and take the lift to street level. On exiting the station turn right down the semi-pedestrianised James Street (towards 'The Market'), cross over Floral Street and take the next left into a 50 metre covered colonnade with shops on the left and the Covent Garden market building on the right. Follow the colonnade as it turns right (at the rear entrance to the Royal Opera House) and take the next left into Russell Street (marked Culverhay on map below). Continue walking over Bow Street/Wellington Street and past Catherine Street (on your left, where the Theatre Royal Drury Lane is), The Fortune Theatre is a few metres further down on the right hand side. In total a distance of around 400 metres, approximately a 6 minute walk.
