The singing, dancing, stomping The Choir of Man in London
Following an acclaimed season during the Summer 2021 at the Earls Court Underbelly, The Choir of Man transfers to London's Arts Theatre performing radio hits, classic rock, pub tunes, folk, Broadway, and more.
Featuring non-stop, adrenaline-packed, powerhouse vocals, hair-raising harmonies, and foot-stomping choreography, with reinventions of artist and band chart classics including Guns'n'Rose, Fun!, Adele, Avicii, Paul Simon, Sia and many more.
Musical concert devised by Nic Doodson and Andrew Kay, with book by Ben Norris.
The cast features Alistair Higgins as 'the Maestro', Ben Norris as 'the Poet', Daniel Harnett as 'the Joker', Freddie Huddleston as 'the Handyman', Mark Loveday as 'the Barman', Miles Anthony Daley as 'the Romantic', Richard Lock as 'the Beast', Tom Brandon as 'the Hard Man', Tyler Orphe-Baker as 'the Pub Bore', George Bray, and Matt Beveridge.
Directed by Nic Doodson, with choreography by Freddie Huddleston, costumes by Verity Sadler, and lighting by Richard Dinnen.
The Choir of Man premiered at the Edinburgh Assembly Rooms from 3 to 27 August 2017 as part of the annual Edinburgh Fringe Festival, since when it has toured both Australia and the US. It was first presented in London at the Underbelly, a temporary venue located in Empress Place, Earls Court, West London in July 2021.
