The LazyTown characters: Sportacus is an above average super hero, number 10, who lives in an airship above Lazy Town. He wears goggles and has a sticky out moustache. He has lots of energy and is very strong. When he moves, he jumps, leaps and flips. He loves exercise and Sports Candy (fruit and vegetables) and water - they give him his energy. Stephanie is the Mayor's niece who has come from the outside world to visit Lazy Town. Stephanie likes adventure and especially loves dancing. Her motto is "There's always a way!" Mayor Meanswell is a kind and happy man, who sometimes gets into a muddle. He does lots of different jobs in LazyTown as most people are too lazy to do anything. Ziggy is a boy with a big heart and a big stomach! He loves eating, especially sweets and chocolate. Trixie is a girl who lives in LazyTown - she is clever and carefree. She thinks fast and moves fast and likes breaking rules! Stingy is a boy who lives in LazyTown - he is mad about collecting things and wants to be king of the world one day so he can have everything. Pixel is friends with Stingy, Trixie and Ziggy. He is a techno wizard. He spends most of his time playing computer games or trying out a new electronic gadget. He can forget what the real world is like. Robbie Rotten is a super villain / baddie. He is a lazy and greedy person who eats junk food and watches TV. Robbie can be very clever but also very silly. He lives underneath LazyTown in a special den full of disguises and gadgets. He hates Sportacus and is always trying to find ways to trick him and get him to leave LazyTown. Roboticus is a robot that Robbie Rotten builds and controls to pretend to be a super hero.

LazyTown is conceived, written and directed by Icelander Magnús Scheving, the show is a life-style brand for young children. With its lessons about making healthy food choices and being physically active, the show aims to provide children with positive role models, while still being a lot of fun! Lazy Town has enjoyed chart-topping ratings among 4 to 7 year olds, as well as a clutch of industry awards, including in the UK, Best International Children's Programme BAFTA in 2006. Its theme song (BingBang Time To Dance) also reached number 4 in the UK charts.

LazyTown Live! 2008 - The Show with Go!

The funniest and freshest, award-winning show of the moment, packed with moves, music, fun and a great story, all set in this amazingly colourful, fast-paced, upside-down world. LazyTown is an imaginary, colourful, cartoon-like place where everything is upside down and anything can happen. LazyTown Live! is full of movement, music and comedy, like the TV show.

Stephanie, an optimistic 8 year old with bright pink hair, comes to live in LazyTown and meets a zany mix of kids and grown-ups, including the world's laziest super-villain, Robbie Rotten. Fortunately for Stephanie, Sportacus, an athletic superhero who jumps, leaps and flips his way across LazyTown in his airship is also on hand to help the townsfolk battle Robbie's latest lazy schemes. LazyTown may have the laziest name on Earth, but it's jam-packed with action, energy and a powerful message that will energise and inspire children everywhere - don't miss out when this fabulous children's show comes to a theatre near you!
