Daddy Cool is the brand new musical based on the music of Boney M and also featuring the music of Frank Farian - after a successful London season at The Shaftesbury Theatre Daddy Cool now embarks on a major UK tour - don't miss this great musical when it comes to a theatre near you soon!.

Daddy Cool the musical is set in a multicultural London and tells the story of 'Sunny' - a young man who lives for his music. Caught up in local rivalry between West and East London crews, he meets and falls in love with 'Rose'. Echoing Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, the two lovers' relationship fuels the hostility between the two crews, leaving their families face up to past secrets and forcing them to confront their future.

Daddy Cool features the classic songs of Boney M and other Frank Farian artists such as Milli Vanilli, No Mercy and La Bouche. Many of the numbers, original written in the 1970s and 80s have been re-interpreted with contemporary musical influences whilst still retaining the elements that made the songs such hits. The featured songs will include such classics as Rivers of Babylon, Brown Girl In The Ring, Mary's Boychild, Ma Baker, Where Do You Go, Girl You It's True and One Way Ticket.
