Directions to the Apollo Theatre from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station: Take the Piccadilly or Bakerloo Tube Line to Piccadilly Circus and on reaching the ticket hall level at the top of the escalators, head towards the 'Exit 4 - Shaftesbury Avenue' subway and go up the steps on the right hand side. Once you reach street level turn left back on yourself and then turn sharp right, going around the Ripley's Believe It or Not! tourist attraction and into Shaftesbury Avenue. Walk on around 100 metres, crossing over Great Windmill Street, look across the road and you will first see the Lyric Theatre, with The Apollo Theatre next to it. In total a distance of just over 150 metres, approximately a 3 minute walk once you have left the tube station.
