Psy - The 7 Fingers
The 7 Fingers (Les 7 Doigts de la Main) present their brand new circus show Psy in London for a three week season. "Mesmeric, spontaneous and unpretentious - these are guys you'd really like hanging out with" Metro Psy pitches astonishing acrobatics against a landscape of distorted visions, fading dreams and fractured memories. The company of dazzlingly talented performers portray a broad range of characters who conquer their neuroses through the liberating power of circus skills - trapeze, juggling, Chinese poles, German wheels and aerial ropes become metaphors for overcoming psychological restrictions. By juxtaposing darker issues with the invigorating and life-affirming language of circus, Psy celebrates the power of the individual to overcome their ailments. The 7 Fingers (Les 7 Doigts de la Main) show Psy is inspired by the rich and surreal underworld of the human psyche. The company return to London following the success of their previous show at the Peacock Theatre, Traces in 2009.
