The children's show Mr Popper's Penguins in London for a special Christmas holiday season

Based on the novel by Richard and Florence Atwater. Painter and decorator by day, Mr Popper spends his time dreaming of Antarctic adventures. He is astounded when one day a packing crate arrives on his doorstep, out of which waddles a penguin!

With songs, puppets and a family of performing puppet penguins, this delightful musical adaptation is presented in London's West End for a strictly limited season by the same producers behind the London hit stage shows of Jacqueline Wilson's Hetty Feather at the Vaudeville Theatre in 2014 and the Duke of York's Theatre in 2015; Judith Kerr's The Tiger Who Came To Tea at the Vaudeville THeatre in 2011 and the Lyric Theatre in 2012 and 2014; and Michael Rosen's We're Going On A Bear Hunt at the Duchess Theatre in 2009 and the Lyric Theatre in 2013.

Adapted for the stage by Pins and Needles Productions, featuring music by Luke Bateman and lyrics by Richy Hughes. Directed by Emma Earle with designs by Zoe Squire, puppet designs by Nick Barnes, lighting by Rick Mountjoy and sound by Jason Barnes.
