The return of Dani Parr's stage production of Michael Morpurgo's I Believe in Unicorns in London for 42 34 performances only featuring Danyah Miller.
I Believe in Unicorns centres around Tomas who loves playing in the mountains where he lives, but hates reading books and going to school. Then, one day, everything changs when he meets the Unicorn Lady in his local library. An enchanting and interactive show, which is especially suitable for those ages six and above, set in a library full of books that hold more than stories within their pages.
The cast features Danyah Miller as the 'Unicorn Lady'. Adapted for the stage from the book by Michael Morpurgo and presented in the West End by Wizard Presents, this production is directed by Dani Parr with designs by Kate Bunce, lighting by Will Evans, sound by Martin Thompson and projection designs by Arnim Friess. Other stage adaptations of Michael Morpurgo's books include Private Peaceful (Trafalgar Studios 2006, 2007 and Haymarket Theatre 2012), Why The Whales Came (Harold Pinter Theatre 2003) and War Horse which is currently at the New London Theatre. Wizard Presents' West End credits include the Olivier nominated new musical Soul Sister (Savoy Theatre 2012). Danyah Miller previously performed this show in London here at the Vaudeville Theatre for 34 performances from 8 to 31 August 2014.
